Wake on LAN over internet when your router does not support port forwarding

Enable remote desktop on remote computer with Windows 7

The steps are following:

  1. Go to Start menu and enter regedit to start Registry editor
  2. From file menu select “Connect Network Registry”
  3. Enter computer name and press enter
  4. When the wanted computer is found browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
  5. Double-click on fDenyTSConnection and change the value data from 1 (Remote Desktop disabled) to 0 (Remote Desktop enabled)
